A pair of lounge chairs by renowned Swedish designer Carl Malmsten in cherry wood and upholstered in a XXX fabric. The model name of the chair is “Jonas Love” after a famous Swedish author with the same name They were produced circa 1940’s, with a generous barrel back, and comfortable seats. Both chairs are brand stamped “CM” and have been refurbished and reupholstered by skilled craftsmen in their respective field.

Carl Malmsten

Carl Malmsten (1888–1972) was a prominent Swedish furniture designer and craftsman, widely regarded as one of the key figures in Scandinavian design during the 20th century.
