Stig Lindberg

Stig Lindberg (1916–1982) was a Swedish designer, ceramicist, and illustrator, best known for his work in the mid-20th century. He is regarded as one of Sweden's most influential artists, particularly in the fields of industrial design and decorative arts.

Lindberg was trained at the Stockholm School of Art and began his career in the 1940s. He worked with a variety of materials, including ceramics, glass, textiles, and graphic design. His designs are often characterized by simple, clean lines, a playful use of color, and an affinity for nature and folk art motifs.
