Åke Holm
Åke Holm (1914–2003) was a renowned Swedish ceramic designer and artist, best known for his work in the field of studio ceramics. He is celebrated for his innovative and unique contributions to ceramics, particularly in the mid-20th century, when Scandinavian design was gaining international acclaim. Holm was particularly recognized for his pottery's organic, sculptural forms and his use of glazes that created striking textures and colors.
